I'M BACK PEOPLE!!!!
Hey Guys! I cant believe how long its been since I last posted, like seriously. I think I was so focused on creating perfect blog posts for you guys, that I stressed myself out about it. Lately I was thinking about why I started this blog in the first place, I started it to inspire & encourage people. So with that in mind, I'm going to post things that I truly believe will be of help to you guys, and that I'm proud of.Okay let me catch you guys up. Its a new year, so I really started thinking about my health goals. I have been really strict about the things I'm putting in my body, and making sure I'm working out. One of my biggest pet peeves that actually drives me crazy, is when people say "I'm on diet". Honey, NO. Diets DO NOT work. Its a lifestyle, not a diet. Losing weight is challenging, but to do so you must change your habits. Two years ago when I started losing weight, I never thought I would be where I am today. (If your new to this blog, I'm down 75 pounds. My goal is to be down 100 pounds). Whether your goal is to lose weight, or to just be healthier, you got this. That's it for this post folks.
