Hey guys!! Welcome back. I really need to get on a good posting schedule, so then you guys know when posts are coming and so they are more constant. I really wanted to do a Q&A on here, so I asked you to send in some questions. I will answer the questions you sent in, along with a few common ones I also receive in person. 1) What workouts did you do to lose/slim down your body and legs? Okay working out is a very important factor in getting lean/losing weight, but what you put in your body is way more important. Don't be afraid to lift weights also. I do many workouts using weights, and it really helped slim everything down, and build muscle. I love watching YouTube videos before I go to the gym. My favorite would be Whitney Simmons.

3) How much weight have you lost? I have lost around 75 pounds ;)
4) How did you do it? Now this question is super hard to answer. The best way to explain it is, something clicked in my mind. I was tired of being overweight. I was done with the looks people gave me. I was done with the way I felt about myself. I was tired of the way people treated me. I was done looking in the mirror and seeing a person staring back at me that I didn't want to see. I WAS DONE. After this, not one person or thing could stop me from reaching my goal.
